Peel the quinces, remove the seeds and the center, cut into pieces and place in a pot covered with water (cook them until tender).

Weigh the quince, place it in the pot with the same amount of sugar, it's also time to add the lemon juice.

Cook at medium temperature without stopping stirring, that will be for at least 40 minutes, depending on the consistency you want... (To find out if it's ready, take a tablespoon and let it cool down).

Once cooked and ready, pour the candy into the desired containers (they must be heat resistant)
