  • 5 tablespoons of prepared wheat flour.
  • 5 eggs at room temperature.
  • 5 tablespoons of white sugar.
  • Zest of a lemon.
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla.
  • 1 pinch of salt.
  • 300 g of white or Arequipe delicacy.
  • ¼ cup of powdered sugar.

  • In a bowl, add the eggs and with the help of a mixer, beat them at maximum speed for 10 minutes.

  • Add the sugar slowly while whisking and continue whisking for 5 more minutes.
