Puree the avocado with the blender and mix with the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour, the cocoa and the sweetener.

Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave in strokes of 30 minutes so that it doesn't burn and add it to the inner mixture

Finally, add the walnuts, pour the mixture into a mold covered with baking paper and do 20 minutes at 180ºC. Decorate with a spoon of melted chocolate and let's enjoy!
