  • Essence of rum
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup red fruits
  • Sweetener or light sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 3 medium eggs

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, let the chopped nuts macerate with a little vanilla and rum essence (so that the flavor is well impregnated) leave for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 2

  • Step 4
  • In another bowl, add the cup of red fruits together with the lemon juice and 25 drops of sweetener.
  • Step 5
  • In a mold, add as the first layer the sandblasting of the oats and nuts that we made, then add red fruits, then yogurt, then sandblasted, red fruits, sandblasted and yogurt and so on, in the end, the sandblasting should be left, and bake at 190° for 35 minutes.
