Ingredients

  • 6 sheets of brick pasta.
  • 200g of feta cheese.
  • An egg.
  • Some mint leaves.
  • A little butter.
  • Olive oil for frying.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl and add the egg and the chopped mint leaves. We melted a piece of butter in the microwave. We took a sheet of brick out of the container leaving the rest tightly covered. Cut the sheet in half and cut each half a little bit of the curved part to make it as rectangular as possible.
  • Step 2
  • Place a spoonful of filling giving it an elongated shape, fold the longer sides so that the filling is enclosed between them. We fold in half and roll up.
  • Step 3
  • Repeat this operation with the second half and with the other sheets. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rolls. When removing them, we put them on a plate with kitchen paper so that it absorbs excess oil.
  • Step 4
  • We serve very hot.
