Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 140 grams Couscous
  • 1 tablespoon cumin or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of curry or to taste
  • A pinch of salt
  • A little oil.

    Step 1
  • Shred all the vegetables so that they are very small
  • Step 2
  • Spice the vegetables and mix
  • Step 3
  • Make the Couscous (instructions on the package): 1/2 cup of Couscous + 1 glass of water. Heat the water in a pot (it doesn't need to boil), remove the pot from the heat and add the couscous. Cover the pot with its lid and leave for 5 minutes. When they pass, separate the Couscous.

  • While the Couscous is being prepared, pour the vegetables with a little oil into a pan (preheated) and cook.
