  • 1 chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 cup of shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
  • 1 carrot (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup of cabbage (cut into thin strips)
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 cups of chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Step 1
  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the rice noodles. Cook the noodles for 5 minutes or until soft. Drain the noodles and set aside.

  • Add the chicken and cook until golden brown. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they are pink.

  • Add the chicken stock and soy sauce. Add the rice noodles and mix everything well. Cook for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
