  • Clean the 2 pieces of salmon by removing the skin.
  • Step 2
  • Apply salt, ground paprika and pepper to each piece on both sides and spread it well.
  • Step 3
  • In a bowl, place the soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and stir with a fork until the mixture is properly integrated.

  • Heat a frying pan over medium high heat and apply a little oil, not much since the salmon will release its own fat.

  • Place the salmon in the pan and leave it for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Once the minutes have passed, we turn the pieces of salmon over and leave it only for 1 to 2 minutes, not long, otherwise the salmon will be very dry and that is not very pleasant.

  • Once the minutes have passed, we take out the salmon and place them on a separate plate, in the pan without removing the oil we used with the salmon, add a very small teaspoon of butter and wait for it to melt by adding the finely chopped garlic clove.
