Instructions:
Step 1
Organize the ingredients listed. In a little water, cook the broccoli sprigs 5 minutes after the first boiling of the water.

After the time indicated in step 1, remove the broccoli from the water and set aside. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic together with the mushrooms for 5 minutes, sprinkle with dried parsley to taste and a little salt.

While the mushrooms are sautéed, chop the broccoli branches a little bit, set aside. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the cream, salt, nutmeg, ground pepper and grated cheese to taste.

Mix until the ingredients are perfectly integrated, set aside. Oil or butter the baking dish to be used.

Arrange the broccoli sprigs on the platter, sprinkle a little salt and pepper. Spread the mushrooms over the broccoli.

Spread the egg-cream mixture over the mushrooms and sprinkle with grated cheese to taste. Bake in the oven until the surface is golden brown (the time depends on each oven)
