Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli cooked al dente
  • 200 ml. (1 box) Nestlé cream (can be light)
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g. Sliced fresh or preserved mushrooms
  • 1 clove of grated garlic
  • Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Dried parsley, nutmeg powder, pepper and salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Organize the ingredients listed. In a little water, cook the broccoli sprigs 5 minutes after the first boiling of the water.
  • Step 2
  • After the time indicated in step 1, remove the broccoli from the water and set aside. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic together with the mushrooms for 5 minutes, sprinkle with dried parsley to taste and a little salt.

  • While the mushrooms are sautéed, chop the broccoli branches a little bit, set aside. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the cream, salt, nutmeg, ground pepper and grated cheese to taste.
  • Step 4
  • Mix until the ingredients are perfectly integrated, set aside. Oil or butter the baking dish to be used.
  • Step 5
  • Arrange the broccoli sprigs on the platter, sprinkle a little salt and pepper. Spread the mushrooms over the broccoli.
  • Step 6
  • Spread the egg-cream mixture over the mushrooms and sprinkle with grated cheese to taste. Bake in the oven until the surface is golden brown (the time depends on each oven)
  • Step 7
  • Once golden brown, remove the dish from the oven and serve as a side dish for meat, with salads or just as a main course.
