  • Hogao Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
