Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 sachet (9g) unflavored gelatin (or 6 gelatin sheets)
  • 1 double cream cheese (175g) Philadelphia
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 3 or 4 slices of pickled jalapeño pepper
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of lime or lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Wash and dry the coriander leaves with a soft cloth
  • Step 2
  • Hydrate the gelatin in 50 ml of cold water and let it sit for 10 minutes; after this time, warm it until it dissolves.
  • Step 3
  • In the blender bowl, add the cheese, coriander leaves, cream, chilies, lemon or lime juice and liquefy to make it creamy, add the dissolved gelatin, salt and pepper to your liking. If it is too thick, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of cold milk.

  • In a mold lightly greased with olive oil, pour the previous mixture and refrigerate for an hour or two until firm.
