Put the jam in the blender bowl and grind it well. (I use jam but it can be made with peaches in syrup, if you use this one, drain it well from the syrup and add 50 g of icing sugar).

We put the gelatin to soak in the water for about 10 minutes, after 10 minutes we drain it and add it to the jam.
Step 3
Bring the jam to the fire at a low temperature, just so that the gelatine dissolves well and set aside.
Step 4
Whip up the cream and add the jam, which has already grown little by little until it is all integrated.

Put it in some bowls and leave it in the fridge for at least three hours, you can decorate it with some pieces of peach in syrup.
