Place the can of evaporated milk in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.

Pour the evaporated milk into a tall mold and whisk. When the liquid begins to gain volume, the juice of the two lemons is added little by little while continuing to beat, and then add the sugar tablespoon by tablespoon, always whisking.
Step 3
Once the mousse is ready, spread it into glasses, small glasses or wherever you like.
Step 4
You can garnish with mint just like I did, or with whatever you want.
