Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pork belly, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup of pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
