Instructions:
Step 1
First of all, we will cut the corner of the figs and make two cuts in a cross on the top (the one where the corner was) and then we can fill them.
Step 2
The 12 figs (or the ones you want to prepare) are placed in a bowl and covered with the brandy so that they are hydrated. It is not necessary for a whole day but I prepare them from one day to the next.
Step 3
Once the figs have been hydrated, in the brandy, they are left to drain on kitchen paper and once drained they are filled.
Step 4
With the help of a coffee spoon, the spread cheese is introduced filling all the figs.
Step 5
They are kept in the fridge and waiting for time to eat them.
