  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of fat-free, unsweetened pure cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Dash sea salt
  • 1 EL TIGRE (double) gasifying sachet.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • On the one hand, mix the dry ingredients: whole wheat oatmeal, peanut powder, cocoa powder, salt and carbonant.
  • Step 2
  • In another bowl, place the egg whites, vanilla essence, figs, dates, olive oil and grind.

  • Mix both preparations and pour into a lightly greased mold.

  • In both options, prick the cake with a skewer stick and check that it comes out dry.
