  • 125 ml of olive oil.
  • 375 gr. of wholegrain spelt flour.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 250 gr. of pan.
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast.
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder.
  • A teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  • Zest from the skin of a lemon.
