Instructions:

Step 1
• Crush the banana, put the three eggs, the nutmeg and the cinnamon and stir everything.
Step 2
• Melt the butter, add it to the mixture and stir. Once everything is incorporated, add the oatmeal and yeast and mix. Since the dough has been a little thick for me, I'm going to put 3 tablespoons of whipping cream. I didn't need Erythritol because with the candy of bananas it works for me.
Step 3
• We put the seeds. I'm going to put peanuts, almonds, macadamia nuts and cashews.
Step 4
• Brush the mold with a little oil and put the mixture. Put a little more nuts and bake for 60 minutes.
Step 5
• After 60 minutes, remove, let it cool and enjoy.
