Ingredients

  • 1 rectangular puff pastry
  • 2 vanilla custard
  • 1/2 kg. Figs
  • 20 gr. sugar
  • 30 gr. apricot jam.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 200º.
  • Step 2
  • Unroll the puff pastry and place it on a baking sheet on the paper that wraps it.
  • Step 3
  • Prick the bottom several times with a fork and sprinkle with the sugar.
  • Step 4
  • Cut a strip of about 2 centimeters along each side and assemble it again on the edges and add more sugar on top, covering the entire dough.

  • Bake the cake until golden brown for about 10 or 12 minutes and let it cool.

  • Spread the custard on top with the help of a spoon.

  • Clean and cut the figs into thin slices and spread them over the custard.
