Cut the tofu into slices. In a bowl, add the oil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Stir and add the tofu.

Leave the tofu in the bowl for about 40 minutes. In the meantime, pick an onion and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Place the slices on the hot grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat, turning occasionally. Add the onion and cook for a few minutes.
Step 4
Finish the dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh parsley.
