Instructions:
Step 1
Cut the zucchini, onion, broccoli, tofu and put them in the wok or pan with some EVOO and mushrooms, and let them cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, boil the brown rice for 15 minutes with a grated tomato, minced garlic and EVOO.
Step 3
When the tofu and vegetables are almost done, we make the teriyaki sauce with 100 ml of soy sauce, 40 ml of water, 30 ml of wine or rice vinegar, 1 minced garlic or garlic powder, grated or powdered ginger and a spoonful of brown sugar, pan or honey. Mix everything and throw it into the pan or wok so that the tofu and vegetables absorb the sauce and give them flavor.
Step 4
We try the sauce with the vegetables, and if it is already to our liking, we serve the wok with a garnish of brown rice and that's it.
