  • 600 gr. mushrooms cut into thick pieces
  • 2 leeks, washed and finely sliced (without using the green part)
  • 1 clove of chilote garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 L. white wine
  • 1/2 L. cold water
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • Minced green onions

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a pot, sauté the leek and garlic in olive oil. Saute vigorously until the leek turns a little translucent, then add the sliced mushrooms. Stir for about five minutes.
