  • 250ml of whole milk
  • 200 g of unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • Heat the milk without boiling it.
  • Step 2
  • Now add the butter and let it melt.
  • Step 3
  • Remove from the heat and beat it very well, until the ingredients are integrated.

  • Blend the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes until it thickens and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

  • When you are going to use it, leave it in the freezer 30 minutes before using it.

  • Whisk the cream for 2 minutes, at medium speed, now add the powdered sugar and vanilla essence.
