1/2 kg laminated mushrooms (in supermarkets they sell them in trays already cut into slices)

Instructions:
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms very well, especially you have to make an effort to remove all the soil from them.
Step 2
If we have bought them whole, we proceed to cut off the final part of the stem. Then we make the thin sheets.
Step 3
We also prepare the garlic cloves in slices.
Step 4
In a pan with olive oil, brown the garlic slices and add the mushrooms. Add a little salt and leave them on the fire (better covered) for 7 or 8 minutes.
Step 5
If we see that they release water, we will drain the mushrooms as much as possible, making sure that there is some oil left in the pan.
Step 6
Stir from time to time until we check that the mushrooms are tender.
Step 7
Finally, a little chopped parsley is sprinkled on top.
