  • 500g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts, ground
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground fenugreek
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to your spice preference)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
