Ingredients
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup julienned carrots
1 cup julienned green beans
1 cup julienned bell peppers (red and green)
1 cup julienned cabbage
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
Lumpia wrappers (spring roll wrappers)
Vegetable oil for frying
Sweet chili sauce for dipping

Instructions:
Step 1
In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Step 2
Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
Step 3
Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
Step 4
Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
Step 5
Add the julienned vegetables and bean sprouts. Cook for a few minutes until they are slightly wilted but still crisp.
Step 6
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
Step 7
Take a lumpia wrapper and place it on a flat surface. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto the wrapper.
Step 8
Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly, sealing the edge with a little water.
Step 9
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Fry lumpia until golden brown and crispy.
Step 10
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Step 11
Serve hot with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
