Instructions:
Step 1
First, we sear the meat with hot oil on both sides. Once sealed, season and add the onion, garlic, carrot and tomato, stir and leave for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Then add the wine and leave for 5 more minutes. Until it boils. Then we add hot water (2 cups) and I put a Gourmet beef sachet on it.
Step 3
We leave it for about 1 hour until everything is soft and ready! I usually pass the vegetables through the blender to make it like a sauce, but this time I leave the vegetables as is and they are just as delicious. To Enjoy!!
