Ingredients
200g dried salted codfish
300g potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
Step 1
Boil codfish and potatoes until tender. Drain and mash together.
Step 2
In a pan, sauté onions and garlic until golden.
Step 3
Mix onions, garlic, and parsley into the codfish-potato mixture.
Step 4
Beat eggs and add them to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Heat oil in a deep pan. Shape mixture into small patties and fry until golden brown.
Step 6
