  • 200g dried salted codfish
  • 300g potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  • Boil codfish and potatoes until tender. Drain and mash together.

  • In a pan, sauté onions and garlic until golden.
