  • 2 red tomatoes.
  • 1 scallion.
  • 120 g of canned tuna.
  • 100 g of endive.
  • Thyme.
  • 50 g of romesco sauce.
  • 30 ml of sherry vinegar.
  • 150 ml of olive oil.
  • Salt.
