Ingredients

  • 200 g green beans, without tips and chopped
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 garlics
  • salt
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • oil
  • 50 ml water
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cumin and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • In a frying pan, for 2 tablespoons of oil, let it heat up and add the garlic cloves, chopped into slices.
  • Step 3
  • Once golden brown, add the green beans, wait 5 minutes and add the water. Let it cook for 10 minutes and remove from the heat.
  • Step 4
  • Mix the eggs with the green bean sauce and add the salt.
  • Step 5
  • Put two spoons of oil in the non-stick pan, let it heat up and pour in the mixture of eggs and green beans, let it cook for 5 minutes and with the help of a plate turn the tortilla upside down. Add oil to the pan again and return the tortilla to cook on the other side for about 5 minutes.
