  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 250 ml cream or milk
  • 2 eggs
  • The juice of ½ lemon.
  • 2 1/2 cup. of flour
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 180º C
  • Step 2
  • Grind the bananas and add the lemon juice.
  • Step 3
  • In a bowl, place the oil with the sugar and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture; then add the eggs, vanilla essence and the pinch of salt. Whisk again.
  • Step 4
  • Sift the flour and baking powder, whisk and mix the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients.
