Ingredients

200 gr. of flour with baking powder 1 tsp. instant dry yeast 1 tsp. of sugar 1/2 tsp. of salt 125 ml. of warm water Sunflower oil 115 gr. of peeled sausage divided into 16 parts app.

Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar and combine the ingredients in the shape of a volcano. Pour the water into the center and gradually add the flour. Knead it well until you get a homogeneous dough.

Step 2

Pour the dough onto the countertop sprinkled with a little flour and bring it in for about 10 minutes, or until it is thin and elastic and does not stick to your hands. Shape it into a ball and place it in a clean bowl. Cover it with a clean, damp cloth and let it brew in a warm place for an hour, or until it doubles in volume.

Grease the oven tray with oil.

Pour the dough onto the countertop sprinkled with a little flour and knead it for 2 or 3 minutes to release the air.

Divide it into 16 equal portions. Give them ball shapes and roll them out with a rolling pin until you get round ones of 12 cm in diameter.
