Today I will show you how to prepare Ham Bagel, it is a delicious round bread in the shape of a hamburger stuffed with ham.

Mix the flour, yogurt, baking powder and a pinch of salt until you get a homogeneous dough.

We divide our dough into 2 parts and shape our bagels. I made a churro, joined it together in a circle and shaped it with my fingers.

Beat the egg and paint the bagels so that they are toasted and shiny. Then we threw seeds on top of them for decoration.

Put it in the oven for 18 minutes at 180°.

When we have them, we refill them. You can put whatever you want most; I put ham, tomato, canonigos, scrambled eggs (the one I had left over from painting them) and a splash of EVOO.
