Today I will show you how to prepare Ham Bagel, it is a delicious round bread in the shape of a hamburger stuffed with ham.

You can add tomatoes, onions, lettuce and sauces of your choice.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Egg (optional)
  • Seeds (optional)
  • For the interior
  • Serrano ham
  • Tomate
  • Canonigos
  • Egg
  • AOVE

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 180°
  • Step 2
  • Mix the flour, yogurt, baking powder and a pinch of salt until you get a homogeneous dough.
  • Step 3
  • We divide our dough into 2 parts and shape our bagels. I made a churro, joined it together in a circle and shaped it with my fingers.

  • Beat the egg and paint the bagels so that they are toasted and shiny. Then we threw seeds on top of them for decoration.
  • Step 5
  • Put it in the oven for 18 minutes at 180°.
  • Step 6
  • When we have them, we refill them. You can put whatever you want most; I put ham, tomato, canonigos, scrambled eggs (the one I had left over from painting them) and a splash of EVOO.
