Instructions:
Step 1
In a bowl, add the warm milk, warm water and yeast, stir

Once the yeast is fully integrated, add the 8g of salt and stir again, then the same with the sugar

Pour 30 g vegetable oil and top with the flour and mix with your hands until you get an elastic dough that doesn't stick to your hands.

Roll the dough into a ball and leave it in the closed bowl in a warm, draft-free place for 1 hour. I put it in the oven and it increases the dough by double or more.

Take out the dough and put it on the countertop with wet hands or a little greased with oil.

Once the dough has been worked and emptied of its air, cut in half and make the pieces of rolls according to your taste and shape them.

On the baking tray, place suitable paper and place the rolls on top and cover with a clean cloth for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Whisk the egg together with the milk finger.
Step 9
After 15 minutes, make a cut in the middle of the rolls and paint them with a kitchen brush with the egg and whipped milk
Step 10
Space the seeds as desired on top.
Step 11
With the oven preheated, place a bowl of water on the bottom and at half height insert the tray with the rolls.
Step 12
Start at 200º temperature for 20/25 minutes depending on the type of oven.

Once it is browned to taste, take out the tray and let it cool.
