Ingredients

  • 240 ml water
  • 6 g dry bread yeast or 18 g fresh
  • 40 g white sugar
  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 30 ml AOVE

Instructions:

  • Dilute the yeast in warm water.
  • Step 2
  • We continue to add the sugar and oil. Dilute again and pour it over the flour.

  • Mix well until you get a uniform mass.

  • Knead the dough for a few minutes and let it rest for an hour in a bowl covered with a damp cloth.
