We continue to add the sugar and oil. Dilute again and pour it over the flour.

Mix well until you get a uniform mass.

Knead the dough for a few minutes and let it rest for an hour in a bowl covered with a damp cloth.

After the hour has passed, we take out the dough and cut it in half.

We will roll up both halves creating a roll. And from each one we will cut pieces. There should be about 16 equal parts left.
Step 7
We make balls with the 16 pieces cut from the two rolls.

Cover all the balls with film.

We pour Flour on the table and we take it one by one, making them an oval shape. We painted more than half of each piece and folded it, and removed it on a small baking paper.
Step 10
Let them double in size and start baking them in the kettle.
