Ingredients

  • 120 g white spelt flour (or wheat flour if you prefer)
  • 30 g vanilla flavor proteins (or the same amount of flour)
  • 10 g yeast (normal Royal type)
  • 125 g Quark light cheese
  • 75 ml Vegetable milk or whichever you prefer
  • 1 tsp erythritol (or sugar if you prefer) and 1/3 tsp vanilla
  • 20 g chocolate or raisin drops.
