Join me and let's see how to make Vegan orange brioche

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Put the flour in a bowl
  • Step 2
  • In another bowl, mix the vegetable drink, the orange juice, the margarine, the oil, the yeast, the orange zest and the pan.
  • Step 3
  • Dilute everything well and add the mixture to the flour bowl. Knead very well until you get a very smooth dough and place it in a bowl, cover it with a cloth and let it rest. I had to leave it for quite some time, about an hour and a half approximately.
  • Step 4
  • Once its volume has doubled, we knead it lightly again, removing the air. We divide the dough (I have divided it into 11 80g balls) we shape it into a ball with our hand trying to put pressure on the dough.
  • Step 5
  • Brush the mold with a little olive oil and place the balls, cover and let them rest for another 1 hour and a half.
  • Step 6
  • After the time has passed, I painted them with a mixture of a little olive oil, vegetable drink and turmeric to give it a little more color and I baked it for 20 minutes at 200掳C.
