Instructions:

Step 1
• In a pot, mix the dry ones: sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Step 2
• Add the milk and cream and whisk to dissolve and integrate the ingredients.
Step 3
• Cook it, over medium heat, until it thickens. Add the butter and stir.
Step 4
• Remove from the heat and add the vanilla, stir and cover with film. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 5
• Chop the bananas and cover them with the lemon juice.
Step 6
• On a platter, place a layer of lady fingers biscuits or cookies. Cut them if necessary to adapt it to the shape of the container.
Step 7
• Apply half of the bananas and cover them with the cream that you refrigerated in the fridge.
Step 8
• Rearrange the rest of the bananas and cover them with the rest of the cream.
Step 9
• Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight and garnish with a layer of whipped cream or whipped cream.
