  • 1 kg of sweet potato puree.
  • 2 chopped carrots.
  • 1 chopped onion.
  • 10 cloves of garlic.
  • 200 ml. of vegetable broth.
  • 3 tbsp of mustard.
  • 500 ml. of dark beer.
  • 100 ml of heavy cream.
  • 2 tbsp of butter.
  • 1 small tablespoon of nutmeg.
  • 2 small spoons of honey.
  • 1 tbsp of sugar.
  • 4 tablespoons of grated cheese.
  • Herbs of your choice.
