Instructions:
Step 1
Whisk the wet ingredients in the blender: the milk with the eggs and the oil.
Step 2
Add the flour and baking powder to the blender. Whisk well so that there are no lumps.
Step 3
Preheat a tray or roaster with high edges in the oven at 180 degrees. Oil and henarinate and pour in some of the mixture (for the base) and cook for a moment in the oven so that it makes some soil.
Step 4
Add a layer of ham, then cheese and so on. I put 2 layers of ham and 2 layers of cheeses on it. Use mozzarella, emental cheese, and gouda cheese.
Step 5
On top of all the layers, pour the other half of the mixture into a blender for the lid and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
