Ingredients

  • 1 lemon yogurt
  • 3 measures of flour yogurt
  • 1/2 measure of oil yogurt
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 1 tablespoon stevia or 2 scoops of sugar yogurt
  • Zest of a lemon
  • A few raisins
  • a few walnuts
  • A pear
  • 18 cm removable mold
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Pour the yogurt into a bowl and then we will have the container that will be our measure.
  • Step 2
  • Soak the raisins and beat the eggs with the sugar or sweetener. Sift the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Step 3
  • Add to the bowl -which only had the yogurt- the lemon zest, oil, the eggs beaten with the sugar and finally the sifting of dried ones. It blends smoothly.
  • Step 4
  • Prepare the mold by putting baking paper on the base and greasing it. The dough is turned over, it sits well and the raisins and the broken walnuts are added, pre-floured so that they do not sink into the dough.
  • Step 5
  • Peel the pear and place slices on top of the dough.
  • Step 6
  • We take it to the preheated oven at 180◦ with heat up and down, where it will be for about 20 minutes with an oven only downstairs and another 10 minutes with an oven up and down.
  • Step 7
  • Once we make sure it's done, putting a toothpick in it and that it comes out dry, we take it out, let it cool on a rack. You have to unmold it when it has lost heat.

  • It can be kept very well wrapped in film paper.
