  • 300 g of flour
  • 125 g of sugar
  • 1 lemon yogurt of 125 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Grated lemon peel
  • butter and a little clean flour to place in the pot
  • For decoration, you can use jam and mint leaves.

  • Start by beating the eggs

  • Mix the yogurt, oil, sugar and grated lemon peel.

  • Whisk the mixture until everything is well mixed and incorporated

  • Choose a mold and butter it or wipe it with a napkin and a little olive oil

  • Throw some flour into it, sprinkling it all over the mold until it sticks
