Ingredients

  • 200 gr. of wholemeal flour
  • 200 gr. of white flour
  • 250 gr. of Flower Sugar
  • 1 tsp. with baking powder
  • 80 gr. pistachios
  • 1 tsp. of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence
  • 100 ml olive or canola oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or white wine
  • 280 ml of sparkling water or soda
  • 180 gr. of soy or almond milk
  • Butter paper

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Step 2
  • Sift all dry ingredients: Flours, baking powders and baking soda.
  • Step 3
  • In another bowl, combine olive (or canola) oil, vinegar, almond or soy milk, soda and vanilla.
  • Step 4
  • With the help of an electric mixer (or hand mixer) mix the ingredients.
  • Step 5
  • In a 20 cm pan, pre-oiled, pour the mixture and place in the oven for 40 minutes.
