Directions

  1. 1

Peel the bananas and put them in the blender bowl, grind for 1 minute until you get a\ "paste\”. Add the eggs, the 2 tablespoons of sifted rice flour and the sachet of double soda and grind well for another minute. We check that there are no lumps left.

  2. 2

I have used the\ "Turmix\” which has the blades on one side and the rods. To make sure there were no lumps, first crush and then beat another 2 minutes with the rods. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe mold previously greased with a little oil. Next, we spread the chocolate chips over the surface. Put in the oven at 180-200° and cook for 20-25 minutes (when the surface is set and looks solid, it's ready!).

  3. 3

Take it out of the oven, let it rest on a rack for about 10-15 minutes and we can now enjoy this treat with a spoon in hand.
