Ingredients

  • 500 g of paria type cheese, fresh or smoked.
  • 2 large onions cut into julienne strips.
  • 3 pickled tomatoes without seeds.
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano.
  • 1 yellow chili pepper cut into strips.
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 3 yellow potatoes.
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves.
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • In a pot, add enough water, add the potatoes, salt and boil until the potato is soft.
  • Step 2
  • Remove from the heat and drain the water.
  • Step 3
  • Let the potatoes cool to room temperature, remove the skin and cut into slices, set aside.

  • In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onions, garlic, chili and tomato for 5 minutes.
