Peel potatoes and carrots (and any kind of vegetables you want) and cut into small cubes. Place it with a splash of oil.

Make a mince: First we crush the salt, pepper and garlic (until almost a puree) photo 1. Add 3 teaspoons of mild mustard (from Frankfurt) or 1 very small teaspoon if it is Dijon, squeeze 1/2 lemon, 5 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1 of dried thyme, 1/2 of cumin and 1 of oregano. Mix everything until it becomes like a creamer, photo 2.
Step 3
Paint the chicken and place it in the tray where we have the vegetables. Put 185°C in the oven with a fan, between 50 minutes or 1 hour.
