Join me and let's see how to make Beer-roasted chicken
Instructions:
Step 1
The oven is heated to 200ºC. The temperature and time of the oven are indicative.
Step 2
In a baking dish, we put sulfated paper (special for the oven) on the base and put the potatoes, peeled, washed and cut into wedges before the base, the half onion in thin rings, the tomato washed and cut into cubes beforehand and salt with four handfuls of salt on top and put the thyme on top. We place the back rooms on top, add another handful of salt on top of each room, add the Provencal herbs on top and drizzle everything with the beer.
Step 3
Put it in the oven 60' at 200ºC.
Step 4
After 60', we turn around the back rooms, and irrigate with the broth and introduce another 60' at 200ºC
Step 5
After 60 minutes we take it out, we turn it around again this time only the chicken, we drizzle the juice on top and re-introduce another 25' at 200ºC.
Step 6
After 25 minutes, we take out the dish and plate it, putting the chicken in the middle of the plate, and the potatoes on one side.
