Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

    Step 1
  • Marinate the chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until it's no longer pink. Set it aside.
  • Step 3
  • In the same pan, add 3 tablespoons of butter. Sauté the chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste until they turn golden brown.
  • Step 4
  • Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  • Step 5
  • Stir in the cooked chicken, cream, and honey. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Step 7
