  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 chicken breast without bone or skin, in halves
  • 1 can of Evaporated Milk
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded Manchego cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/8 of an onion
  • 2 roasted and de-veined Serrano peppers
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
