  • 500 gr. of cream
  • 100 gr. of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 gr. of cream cheese
  • 100 gr. of Brie or Camembert or Gorgonzola Cheese (whichever you like the most because of its intensity of flavor)
  • Pimienta
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • Oregano for serving
